The Poli Grappa Museum was founded by the Poli family in order to promote the knowledge and culture of the most important Italian distillate.

The proceeds of the sale of Poli products in the shops of the Poli Grappa Museum are designed to acquire a more thorough historical research study on the Art of Distillation and on the origins of a unique spirit in the world: Grappa.
