Moonshing was about to cause another tragedy.
A 70-year-old citizen of San Marino was about to lose his life due to a gas cartridge he was using to distill Grappa.
Both glass windows and an iron door at his house were literally destroyed while the man was trying to distill Grappa. At the time of the explosion, the man had luckily left the premises for a little while.
In spite of this, some glass splinters would eventually hurt the man, who was later delivered to hospital.
To prevent further tragedies from happening, amateur-distilling should be avoided at any costs.
